Overall this sign is in very good condition with the exception of a few stain marks on it which are mostly noticeable in the pictures. The frame measures 25 3/4 inches tall and 56 1/2 inches wide.

The sign is reversed painted glass, and the bracket comes with it also. In the middle of the hanger is a F. The sign is 16 inches tall and at the widest part is 28 inches.
